Are those hiv symptoms?

Help please. I'm extremely anxious and paranoid!

Sorry if this is too long, but i just  want to give as much detail as possible in order to get a good assessment of the situation.

Okay so last monday i had sex with a girl that i suspect might be hiv positive. I have no proof to support that suspicion, other than the fact that i thought she wasn't honest when i asked her about her status, as she couldn't look me in the eyes everytime i asked. She gave me oral for about 20 minutes in total without a condom. Stupid me! And we then proceeded to have protected vaginal intercourse, which lasted for approx 25 min. Over the span of the sexual intercourse i used two condoms. She applied lube on the first one as her vagina was tight, after around 15 min i pulled out, remove the condom, then again put a new one where she also applied lube on it as well. In the end, i checked both condom, none of which were broken or had any holes in them. After that i still kept asking her whether she's clean or not, because i thought she wasn't honest, shen then revealed to me that she had gonorrhea but was cured. If she could lie about this, how do i know she didn't also lie about her hiv status or other stds?

Anyway. 5 days later, got home late in the evening after work and had a sudden headache, went to sleep only to wake up several times during the nights to a mild sore throat. The next day, which was saturday, i was generaly fine, but still felt something in my throat, it wasn't pain this time but more like a bit itchy and my nose felt like i was getting a cold. Anyway, i was fine but still very anxious and paranoid, so i decided to go out with friends in the night to try to forget about it. I slept for 5 hours that night, and then went to work for 9 hours the next day, on Sunday. My work requires a lot of standing around, as it is in a restaurant. Again i was fine the whole day, i didn't even feel tired, no sore throat, no cold like symptoms, only felt my throat a bit itchy in the morning and that was it.

Next day which was yesterday, marked 1 week since the sexual intercourse, i felt pain in my lower back, kidney area and a little bit in my abdominal area. I only felt it when i stand up or walking, but as soon as i sit, i barely even noticed it and my right nose became a bit stuffy. Went to sleep that night but only to wake up several time during the night with the pain in my lower back hurting more. And today Tuesday, i still feel the pain in my lower back, when i walk, stand or make a sudden movement and my right nose is still a tiny bit stuffy.

So now my questions are those hiv relative symptoms? Am i having flu-like symptoms? Could it be gonorrhea symptoms? Could i be showing signs just 5 days after the sexual intercourse? I know i used condoms during the vaginal penetration, but i didn't used any for oral sex and still very scared that i might have caught something. Or is it stress/ anxiety related? Could the lower back pain are caused by not enough sleep on saturday night and 9 hours of work the next day which was pretty much 8 h 30 min of standing? What are the chances that i caught hiv or any other std?
Please help i'm freaking out and very paranoid right now.

Good news, you have zero risk for HIV.

You can't get HIV if you used a latex condom during vaginal.
HIV is inactivated in saliva and air which means it can't infect from oral which includes kissing. So those are 2 reasons you had zero risk. Double zero risk.
No one in 40 years of history got HIV from oral.  Even with blood, lactation cuts, rashes, burns etc saliva and air do not allow inactivated virus to infect, so you had zero risk.

Self diagnosis is generally wrong, so you are wasting your time with no medical experience trying to be a Google doctor. Odds are highest that your fear is giving you psychosomatic symptoms due to the faulty premise that you are dying or maybe you have a flu like every other human who doesn't have HIV gets a few times a year whether they had sex or not.

There is an std forum you can get std answers on, including the fact condoms do not protect against all std.

Oh thank God, you have no idea how your words reassured me. But i'm still anxious, gonna wait a few weeks to get tested just in case.

Btw, what are my chances of contracting gonorrhea? Since she actually admited that she had it but was cured.

And lastly, can you please redirect to those std forum you mentioned above.

Thank you.
I couldn't have had too much effect on you if you are still going to test - it is abnormal to test for something you can't physically have. It is like testing for male pregnancy just because you feel sick in the mornings.

There is an std forum for std info.
Sorry I misread your post, just use the search in MHcommunities for std.
