Armpit Lymphnodes

good day you all,,i had an exposure early of march this year, and i test by eclia (ag+ab ) in my 9th week came back negative, and i tested (hiv combi) in my 12 and 16 week, all came back negative !!!

below my concerns:
1- from my 2nd week of the exposure i got all hiv symptoms until now (General swallen lymph(neck, armpit and groin and those have been detected by ultrasound),fever,tired.. )and i checked all std's all came back negative?
do i have to test after 6 month??
2- i am assuming worst case scenario ,if what i am facing are hiv symptoms ,wouldnt my first hiv exam should detect it specailly i am getting those symptoms since my 2nd week of exposure!!!
3- do u think my negative result will convert to positive??

Many thanks for all your efforts and support
