Armpit pain

Hello and thank you for the support given in this forum.
I had a sexual encounter with a sex worker in Hong Kong. After penetration I realized that condom had slipped down.
6 weeks later I start to have pins and needles sensation in both armpits. I didnt have any other ARS symptoms , but I still having this burning/stabbing pain 2 months later.
I went to my doctor and he told me to pass an HIV test and that scared me a lot, but I finally agree and  I am waiting for the results.
I have read that neither swollen lymph nodes hurts, neither armpit pain is a symptom on any STD, but as my doctor told me that I am confused.
Is there any known case that armpit pain is (the only) symptom of an HIV infection?

You stated, "slipped down," do you mean you lost the condom during sex?

Exactly I losed it for a while...

The condom came off completely. You can test 3 months post exposure and receive your conclusive test result.

But can be armpit pain related to HIV?

No it is not related
