Ars and swollen tonsils

I have had swollen tonsils 3 times in the last month.  I was told that ars symptoms can come and go.  Is this so?  Does ars cause swollen tonsils, headache, feeling hot, soreness behind eyes?  I have a new partner who says he is fine.  I feel like something is very wrong.  I am a 33 year old female who has never had tonsil problems before.  Please help.

If I take the oraquick test at 8 weeks will it give me a good indication of my status since I have had all of these symptoms?

Now I have noticed a rash at the top of both breasts near my underarms.  It's like every symptom of hiv.  I have been on an antibiotic and my tonsils have gone down some, but still swollen and still the white pus there.  Feeling of being very tired has really hit hard as well.

It has been unprotected intercourse.  No known fever so far.  I just keep getting told pharyngitis.  The second time my tonsils were swollen which was a month ago it felt like I was swallowing glass it was so sore.  Now here I am a month after he ER visit with swollen tonsils.  My throat isn't as sore this time.

You having unprotected sex? If so when you do run an HIV risk but symptoms do not come and go and you don't just get 1 or 2 symptoms and you would get a very high fever.

Just very confused. Throat culture and rapid strep test both negative.  I had mono years ago so they said it doesn't usually come back twice.  I had an hiv antibody test at 2 weeks, but know that it doesn't show that quick.
