Ars rash

I was wondering if ARS rash or HIV rash can occur after 10 months? Is this at all possible?

ARS rash if one has it comes two to four weeks post infection.

So you would not get a rash after the Ars timescale.....This is 100% yes?

People get rashes all the time for a number of reasons. But any rash after 4 weeks is not an ARS rash.
