Arthrtis (joint pain cause HIV?)

I have been promiscuous within sept - till the end of oct. I got tested aug for all std and came positive for syphillis. I have caught syphillis twice and been treated for it. Last sexual encounter was oral sex without a condom on oct 28. i took a hiv and std test on dec 4 all came out negative except for the syphillis (second time). ever since nov i been getting arthritis like pain in my body. I been to the walk in clinic several times to the point that they are fed up with me ( i went for an hiv test on nov 23 then dec 4 again) ... all I'm thinking is that i have it due to joint pain and fatigue (no night sweats or fever) if anything my anxiety has caused me to eat a lot to a point that i am 193 and i used to be 170 is aug ... i took the hiv test in a chemiluminescence test ... is it accurate ?

I doubt that he tested positive after a 3 month negative unless he had another exposure during the window period.Oral sex is zero risk even with mouth sores and it's the Hiv experts that say this.
