At risk or no? Should I get tested?

Hello docs,

Bi guy here. Fooled around with a guy (stable, successful, president of a company) in other words, not a low life. He only did what I felt comfortable with, but at one point he barely inserted (maybe half the head) of his member into my butt and I said whoa there we aren't doing that guy haha.

He's married to a guy, and very chill. He said he was tested and clean. He didn't have any noticeable pre-cum which is easy to taste and I didn't see or taste a drop of it for the half hour we were fooling around for. he said what he was doing is usually called "teasing" but definitely knows I wasn't into having it in me w/o a rubber on.

I'm not even sure if he inserted it or not. but it was definitely pushed up against my hole. let's assume he did insert it for literally 2 seconds, 1/4 of an inch in.

how much of a risk am I at for getting HIV, assuming he is infected with it which I doubt he is.

thanks!

I'm just kind of nervous and not sure how great the chances are. guess there's NL way of knowing but to get tested. I'd think, judged by what I've read online, that HIV in this case would be a real small probability. hoping so
