BF - fist fight

Hey, my boyfriend and I were on our way home when we got attacked. My BF protected me and beat the guy up. My BF got some wounds and cut on his fist from attacker's teeth. Some of attacker's blood from wounds and teeth must have got on my boyfriend and in bf's wounds. We do not know if the attacker had HIV or not. Are we safe or should we get tested? I am really worried. But the cuts and wounds were not very deep, but bleeding. He did not need medical attention and stitches. Fistfighting is listed low risk -correct?

Hi,
There is no risk of hiv transmission for this incident.
HIV can be transmitted via unprotected vaginal or/and anal penetration, sharing IV works in drugs and from mother to child

Take care

Thank you so much for your answer. I was just worried. Some people say that if blood and blood contact occurs there is possible risk (my friend said so). But I believe it must be inserted deep in the tissue/huge wounds needing medical attention and there must be lots of infected blood
Further to Bestrong's advice, consider that NFL players don't get HIV despite massive force from both people who collide that create cuts. Lots of other sports involve bloody collisions too.
Thank you.
