Bad Decisions, Need Sound Advice

I made a bad decisions on a recent vacation.

I had the following encounters in Hungry:
2 Prostitutes together, protected vaginal intercourse, unprotected oral given to them.  One began her period half way through and I got her blood on my hands and penis.

1 Prostitute (older) protected vaginal intercourse, unprotected oral on her.

It is now 2 weeks later and I am experiencing a number of the Accute HIV infection symptoms.

I would like to know the likelyhood of HIV transmission through direct blood contact on my hand and condom covered penis and I need to know if I can take a HIV test yet.  I have a woman who wants to have unprotected sex with me when I return home.  Help!

HIV is not transmitted outside its host. You don't contract HIV from oral sex even if menstration was taking place.

How much exposure risk is there for direct contact with blood of a HIV infected person on your hands?  Also what about direct contact of menstruation blood during oral sex?  Thanks!

You are not experiencing ARS symptoms you were never at risk of contracting HIV.
