Barber cut his finger right before shaving my head, should i take pep?

Hello, first of all sorry for my bad English
Yesterday I went to barber shop. When the barber change the razor blade, he cut his finger. And after about 5 seconds, he shave my head with exactly that blade, i dont know there is blood on the blade or not  :( Now Im really worry. If I had some small cuts while the barber shave my head  ? What if blood on his hurt finger or on the blade touch these cuts ? I read on the internet that  HIV is incredibly fragile and simply does not remain infectious outside the human body, once hiv finds itself exposed outside the body to air, small changes in temperature, pH / moisture levels all quickly damage the virus and render it unable to infect. So in my case, 5 seconds is long enough or not?
SHould i take pep? Thank for your help

You had NO RISK for HIV and DO NOT NEED TO TEST AND YOU DO NOT NEED TO TAKE PEP.

You have a very good grasp on the transmission of HIV and you need to go back and read your own words!

The blood from the barbers small cut would have been exposed to air and would pose absolutely no risk to you, even IF he had nicked your head while shaving it.

The ONLY way there could have even been a possibility of transmitting HIV would be if the barber cut his finger so deeply that he actually opened up a vein and it was gushing blood. Then, with his finger bleeding quite horribly, he would THEN have to cut YOUR head so badly that a vein was opened and YOUR head was gushing blood. THEN he would have to hold his finger which was gushing blood directly in YOUR cut which was gushing blood for the virus to be passed.

I seriously doubt this is what happened! The blade that he nicked himself with, even if there was blood on it, which you say yourself you're not even sure there WAS, would have been exposed to air and would be rendered inactive even after 5 seconds.

As I said, you seem to have a good grasp on HIV but you still need to educate yourself a little more. If you do, you won't have to ask us questions like this. You would know you never had a risk.

Keep learning!
