However, there must be some care information otherwise for both the family and the HIV+ parent preventing HIV transmission. Basic tips and such i suppose. Any help is appreciated.
ah sorry I didn't mean just in terms of transmission , but care as well .....i don't know how to explain it but for example
should pets be kept within the family when parent is HIV+? I know its said that at the last stage , pets provide a comfort however the infected person should not come in contact with feces and such. But what about when the parent is not on meds yet but HIV+?
or perhaps, things to keep in the first aid kit ?
tidbits like that. I may be still misinformed but would appreciate a medium or reading material that would help.
