Been with prostitute

Male 37. Had sex with sex worker (20 years old, said I was her 3:rd customer) in Latvia. Had vaginal sex twice with condom, ended both times with she giving me oral sex without condom. This is the first time I have been with a prostitute and I am terrible worried for getting som kind of decease like HIV.

Of course I have no way of judging the chance that she had an STD.  But You had condom protected vaginal sex; that is what is important.  Oral sex, even without a condom, is almost zero risk for HIV.  

Every person who is sexually active outside permanent, mutuallly monogamous partnerships should have an HIV test from time to time, like every year or two.  So if you haven't been tested recently, this would be a good time, since it's on your mind.  But not because of this particular event.

Not much.  There are small risks of gonorrhea, herpes, syphilis, or nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) from oral sex.  But if you don't develop symptoms like penile sores or abnormal discharge from the penis in the next week or so, you can be pretty sure you weren't infected.  You can search the STD forum (use the search link) for very many disucssions of STD risks from oral sex.  But the bottom line is that the risk is very low.
