I made a really bad mistake and played with fire. I went to a shady place that is not regulated. I paid for oral sex. She supplied the condom. I did not inspect the condom. It was in a make shift wrapper. But it was new. I did not last long at all for oral. It was very brief. She deep throated me for some seconds and I came in her mouth with the condom. She took it out with some tissues and I did not inspect it. She sat next to the matt and asked if I wanted a hot and wet towel to clean myself. I should have said yes. She got up to get a box of Kleenex and alcohol to clean myself. I touched the bed and touched her fluids with my fingers. I grabbed a kleenex tissue and without folding poured a little alcohol on the part of my finger that had touched the fluids. It looked transparent. I grabbed my penis with the other hand (unknown if it had fluids). And pressed on my penis head until the urethra was fully opened. I rubbed the inside of my pee hole deep with finger that had touched the fluids which had the unfolded Kleenex with alcohol on it. I rubbed it deep and it hurted and I am sure it irritated my urethra. I clean some other parts of my penis head as well by doing the same method again. I am uncircumsized.
I felt the sting as soon as I drove away. My I felt I shock I my testicle that day. Later that day I knew there was something that went wrong. This was on a Saturday. My Monday my testicles her hurting. I was getting sharp headaches that felt like shocks coming from my back of my head, also where the lymph nodes are located. I knew thought it was just a headache and took some advil, but it did not help. By wednesday I had burning urination, my penis looked funny and sticky. The tip was red and part of the penis head was also red. By Thursday I went on a three hour drive to. Tijuana to visit some people. By that time I could feel my lymph nodes "jerking and shocking" a little bit. It was in my neck area and by my groin as well. I felt like a fever wanted to kick in. I thought nothing of it at that time but I knew something was coming. By Friday I was suspecting a fever but I thought nothing of it. It continued through the following week. I felt my nodes in my bode jerk band shock here and there, but I did not inspect them. During this week I tried to keep warm as I did not want to get sick. I had some night sweats but it was not severe.

It was only until the two week mark from my misadventure did I go to San Diego on a conference, which was a little cold, did a co worker notify me of my swollen lynch nodes, in my neck, under my ear as well, she also told me the inside of my mouth was swollen, and I saw it was red. By this time I also had a little diareah, I was not eating, had trouble swallowing. I hardly coughed. The lymph node under my arm pit and rib caged bothered me.

Now my nodes have gone down, except there seems to be some swelling still under my left ear.

I have been reading a lot about transmission. And I am confident I dropped the ball.
I do not believe that HIV does when it is exposed to air or that it is un able to reproduce when it is outside it's host. Outside it's host is not the human body but rathe white blood cells. And vaginal fluids/cervix fluids contain those white blood cells and free floating viruses. This specially true if the other person has an STD. Which could lead to confection, which is what I suspect in my case. What would also increase the risk is if she was barely infected. It means that she has a high viral load.

If you look closely at the doctors forum, you will see that they don't say that HIV is free floating virus in a women's fluids or that it dies immediately or in seconds.

I looked at the living with forum, and it breaks my heart. They had symptoms like mine, but some were assured that it was just a respiratory infection. I know I was negative before this event, I have documentation. But I was stupid to go back to those places and cheat on my girlfriend and now I am in this position.

She touched the condom with fingers, I don't know if she had vaginal fluids in them as sheet bent over in front of me and seemed as she was touching herself there beforevturning around grabbing the condom and putting it on me. I only lasted for a brief moment, not more than 30 seconds. I was lying in bed when this happened. She sat down and got up to get me something to clean me. I touched some fluids where she was sitting with my hand fingers. I got a Kleenex, without folding it, and pot it over my right hand and fingers. I poured rubbing alcohol on it. It looked transparent. With the other hand I grabed my penis opened urethra and rubbed my self unside felt the sting inside and wiped rest of penis. I am afraid I irritated, which I am sure I did, my pee hole and that allowed the virus to transmit easier into the already sensitive mucus membrane where the cd4 cells are at. Or the fluids mixed with alcohol rolled the pipe transmitting me deeper inside. I probably had a herpes out brake and that increased the risk. I was in essence a receptive partner.

As soon as I walked to my car I knew, what did I just do. Did I get something. I just don't understand on what basis teak, Nick, Lizzie could say no risk. I want to understand them. I hope they read my whole post.

I dont know how you could stick your finger far down your urethra. Symptoms mean nothing. I had same symptoms and tested negative 6 months out as have many other people. Any infection whether it be bacteria or viral causes swollen lymph nodes. This is my last post to you. You obviously wont listen or take any advice so whats the point in you posting here? Only a test will tell your status not symptoms. Headaches can be a sign of brain tumor so next time you have one better believe its a brain tumor. Im sorry but its beyond what we can do. We tried. Did you even read my posts up there?  I am in serious trouble I should have used PEP. I had swollen nodes, under my left arm pit there was a node and it hurt that area, the nodes around groin hurt. I had headaches, fever and a little sore throat. Currently I swollen node in side my throat/ tonsil. My throat is a little. I have not exchanged saliva with anybody so it can't be those types of infections. Mine was viral. I remember my back being all tight and neck too. I felt the nerves in my spinal cord tingle. I felt neurally shocks and tingling in my head. I am not say these are all ars but they might be. But most definitely the nodes, fever, sore throat.

I rubbed the in side of my urethra deep with vaginal fluid while irritating it with alcohol. The fluids could have stayed inside the tip and stayed there after I closed the air shut by closing the tip or the fluids rolling down my pipe deeper into the membrane. In that area is where the cd4 cells are located. If she had a high viral load, perhaps because the hooker was recently infected, then then that could have exposed me to sufficient amounts of HIV. Plus if she had an STD then she could have had viruses inside the white blood cells. This could explain my urinary symptoms that I had as well. Because of the white blood cells they could have live in the environment much longer than free floating viruses.

In addition I believe I had an untreated STD, herpes. When the fluids touched the inside of my pee hole or rolled down they could contact a herpes out brake exposed me that way. Including the outside.

Since I inserted my finger inside my urethra deeply as explained above, that was analogous to being the incerted /receptive partner. I had posted a link by one of the doctor's that stated that was a risk. The symptoms point in one direction.

You know dude, you are making way too many assumptions without looking at the facts. I'll just reiterate what others told you already:
You have absolutely no risk. Symptoms are very poor indicators of HIV. I'm sure you must have read many posts here and if you have, you would know that most people see 'symptoms' of HIV after their exposure and test negative at 3 months mark. If you are judging your risk based on symptoms, I'm afraid, you are putting yourself through torture.

I hope I am negative just like you. It is just that the symptoms seem to point at ars yet everybody says no risk or low risk. But those damn symptoms point in one direction. In my actions were so dumb, I feel like I irritated my own penis with the alcohol while at the same time the friction is helping the inside of the penis absorb the fluids and the virus. Or if the virus mixed with the alcohol it flowed deeper into my pipe making transmission easier. I don't know what to think any more. Now my back has some pimples that kind itch a little ( I don't think this is ars though).

You dont know if she was infected or not for sure. Could be any other std. The symptoms of other stds would show up much quicker. I am not an hiv counselor but have spoken to many since my scare. My local one said an average of 7-9 seconds depending on the viral load. Im not saying thats right. I called hiv hotlines and counselors in nearly twenty states. I told myself I was infected for sure no ifs and or buts about it and what happened? I had a negative test 6 months after my exposure. Dont stress. Lymph nodes can swell when they are fighting anh infection whether it be bacterial or viral. Only way to know is test.

Are you an HIV counselor? BigMistake1 thank you for your kind words as far HIV not living long outside it's host. But how long? What is the host, I read that host could also be white blood cells. My story is true. I hope and pray to god that I am wrong. I played by the book, no unprotected vaginal or anal sex. Just bad condom with oral. And stupid stunt I did to clean my self while having fluids that irritated my urethra and HIV going down my pipe. Swollen lymph nodes on my body the is the sign. And yes I am right about HIV in white blood cells. Thank you.

This is ridiculous. You have no positive tests. The cdc will tell you hiv cannot live long outside its host as will any hiv counselor or hotline. Symptoms mean nothing. Mono has same symptoms as do many viral illnesses. Get a test at three months.
