Biggest mistake of my life

Made the biggest mistake of my I for the first time ever ended up having anal intercourse with a shemale prostitute. I received a protected oral and was the insertive partner in the anal it was all protected. But i am scared what if hte condom had breaks in it I am not sure if it stayed intact. What is my risk and should i get tested???

21 days after the exposure I have come down with a flu and slight rash on my right arm like a few pimple/zit looking things that don't pop. Are these symptoms I should worry about???
