Blood Cuts HIV risk

Hi everyone,

I need answer to a question from some of the experts. I had shaved my beard area and many hours (approximately 8 hours later that day) a man of unknown status was kissing and licking my neck and face. I had some obvious red scabs (small) on my neck that his tongue had come across. Is there any risk of HIV infection in this manner - through his saliva and onto my shaving cuts and nicks from hours earlier?? Please let me know. And sorry for the follow up question just wanting to understand the risks a little more clearly.

Also, is kissing the head of a penis through a man's underwear at all risky - if he had precum underneath the underwear?
