Blood and Condom Slippage

A few weeks ago I has sex with a stripper. We first engaged in some mutual masturbation. When she had become wet, she put a condom on me and I checked it was down to the base of my penis. We then had sex with her on top for about a minute or two before I pulled out. I did not come and was not really hard during the sex. As I was withdrawing I saw the condom had risen up my penis so I held the bottom of it before pushing back inside her and then slowly withdrawing again, holding the base of the condom to ensure it stayed over my whole penis. It must have stayed over the head of my penis to stay on and I think it slipped on withdrawal only. When it was out there were some smears of blood on the condom but I am pretty certain only on the outside; these were from her. When I took the condom off I saw no trace of blood on my penis at all. Was there any risk of exposure to HIV? Is it possible that blood could have got inside the condom when it slipped and if so, would this present any risk?

No.  As long as the condom was fully intact and completely covering the head of the penis, there was no risk of transmission.
