Blood on Sunglasses?

Blood on Sunglasses?

I tend to have many occasions that I call incidences that to me, could potentially cause an HIV infection. Though as unrealistic as they may seem, these "incidences" are real to me. My latest incident:

I was getting work done on my teeth and my dentist gives you these sunglasses to put on while he's working to make the bright overhead light less uncomfortable. When he gave me the sunglasses, I noticed that on one of the lenses, it looked as if there were two dried spots of blood on it. I didn't want to be a bother, so i used the glasses anyway. I know that they reuse the sunglasses for each patient and that particles of blood can fly up and land on things, and in this case, sunglasses. While he was doing my dental work, the sunglasses got pushed down closer to my head, touching my eyelashes.

So, here's my question: Could I be infected if some of the particles of blood (if that's what it was) got into my eye (assuming it was HIV+ blood), perhaps from my eyelash rubbing against the particles? I'm fairly sure that the "spatter" was on the outside of the lens, seeing how I examined them. But even if the "spatter" was on the inside of the lenses closest to my eye, where my eyelashes could have brushed up against it, could infection be possible?

Thanks a lot.
