Blood on my towel, help!

I was at the gym today, I have experienced a potential risk.
I droped my towel on the floor before going to the shower and then after the shower I wiped myself with it. However after drying myself I noticed there was a big streak of blood on the towel.
I suffer from acne, and after a shower my pimples on my back bleed, therefore the blood on my towel could have went on one of my bleeding pimples, blood to blood contact.
What's worse, I am unsure of exactly how old the blood was. And probably the blood is FRESH.
DO I NEED TESTING  AND AM I AT RISK OF CONTRACTING HIV?

You were never at risk and you don't need testing.
