Blood on plaster

Dear good counselors, pls help me with this question. I was working in a voluntary clinic for a day. I picked up a plaster that had some blood on it and threw it away. Can't rememer if the blood is wet or dry. After I threw away the plaster with my fingers I immediately went to take a smoke break. While smoking with my dirty fingers I flicked the cigarette ash with my nails that I used to pick up the plaster. There were small traces of the blood from the plaster on my fingernails. At that time also I just bit my lip accidentally 2 hours before so it was still an open wound.

Pls help me good counselors, what if the blood on my fingernails from the plaster was transferred to the cigarette filter and came into contact with my lip cut? Pls help me. Am I at risk? Thanks you all for helping me answer this question and calming my anxiety. R

(2) no one has been identified as infected with HIV due to contact with an environmental surface. Additionally, HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions, therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
