Blood on the floor

Dear Sir or Madame, just now I wanted to go to the toilet. When I went to a toilet, I found there are several dots of liquid in front of the toilet door. The color of those liquid is like red but not to dark, those liquid looks dry but not wet. I don't know whether they are blood. I stepped onto them without caution at that moment. I wore sneakers but the sneakers have nets on the surface. If the blood went in to my sneakers then my skin touched them. will I get HIV. I'm very scared. Will the blood transmit HIV outside the body?

Sorry for my bad English. Hope you can answer.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host." . No risk you never had an exposure.
