Blood or vaginal fluid, answer please

My friend really like to sleep around, and she might be was on her primary infection stage when i share a drinking straw with her back on february

And she has a really bad hygiene, my other friend told me one time she didnt wash her hands after touching her menstrual blood

Back on feb, i was drinking chocolate milk from my straw, then she who just came back from the toilet, grabbed the straw and drink from it

What im worried about is if her hands got some vaginal fluid/menstrual blood that has been on her fingers for 15-20 seconds, then she held my straw, which i drank 5 seconds later

It may has dried, and from what i read if blood is dried, the virus is dead. but she was on her primary infection stage, which made the  high concertration on her fluids, and made the virus to last longer than it usually is. And maybe it was half wet i dont know

And if the virus on the straw got in touch with my tounge/mouth roof, then i took a sip from my straw, the virus got diluted, and if i happened to have some mouth sores at that time, am i infected?

Please answer my question im really scared and wanted to take a test but my parents told me not to worry

Maybe im being paranoid but im really scared, please answer my question thank you

Like I said, HIV is not a concern. No matter what you throw into it.

Thank you so much for replying! So no risk from my incident?

Even tho she might have high viral load and i accidentaly swallow her blood with cut in my mouth?

Can hiv survive and stay infectious in my chocolate milk?

And does hiv blood with high viral load become dead too if it is dried already?

Im sorry for asking so much but i cant put my mind in rest with all the what if

The risks for HIV are:
Unprotected anal and/or vaginal intercourse
Sharing IV drug rigs
Mother to child during birth

As long as you have not participated in any of these, you do have HIV
