Body Piercing and Risk of HIV exposure

Hello there, I am a white, female, early 20's. Six years ago, I got my belly button pierced at a place in NYC. I don't have any symptons on being infected with HIV but once in a while, I have this paranoid (obsessive-like) feeling that the place I went to used dirty needles.. Not likely, I remember the place being clean. However, what is the chance of contracting a virus is this situation? Is it likely for 6-7 yrs to go by with no signs? Thank you!
