Body piercing and hiv

A year ago I got my belly button pierced from a tattoo shop.  The shop was clean . But the guy who was gonna do it  started to set up the needles and jewlery before I got back there. But from where I was standing it look like everything was coming out of new rapper. But 31/2 weeks after I got a really sore throat and a low fever ( 100f) that last about 2  days.  About 4 days later I got 3 white bumps on the side of my tongue. That last about 4 days. 3 weeks after that the bumps came back but where not white they just hurt really bad and my lips burned and were swollen. This happened every month after that. Then 7 months later I came down with a skin rash doctors said it was very common and comes in people my age. Also I went to the doctor and they told me I had thrush of my esphogous which Is a aids illness. I have had 3 blood test in the last 3 months and doctors say I'm fine and everything is normal. I just want to know should I get a HIV test?? Do my symptoms sound like HIV??? Or I'm I over reacting? Also why do you think I have thrush in my esphogous if I'm really heAlthy?? Please answer thanks.

There had never been anyone infected with HIV from piercings or tatooing in the history of HIV.
