Bone Marrow Biopsy and HIV

Anyone know if hiv would show up on a bone marrow biopsy.  I had one 3 months ago and it was totally normal.  I been having some luekemia/lymphoma symptoms is why it was done.  But I would suspect that the flow cytometry they do on the bone marrow would show some variances in the different white blood cell types and counts.  Just wondering if anyone knows.  I did have a negative tests 2 years after possible exposure so I am pretty sure I am HIV negative, but all the strange unexplained symptoms I have had still leaves a little doubt about the possiblity.  Thanks all

You need to take an HIV test if you have had an exposure.
