Breast aches, Cough

Hi! im 16 years old.

( sorry im not that good in english, im asian)

so here it is.

last march 2012. i had my first anal sex. and he dont use condom. and he. c*m inside.
(by the way, he's a stranger)

after. that i had oral sex with other men.

-
until the end of the year i dont feel anything. but when February (2013 ) comes. my left breast. aches a bit (until now)  but not that often.

and then this october. i had cough. which is i feel heavyness in my chest. but i dont feel any difficulty in breathing. but when i add a little force to cough. theres a little blood? :(
thats what i am scared most about.

is that a symptoms of HIV?

note: i didn't take any test before

oh. im in manila and its too far away from the damaged area. thank god we're not affected.

Ok,sorry had no idea you were from the philippines,sorry to hear about the disaster over there & when all has cleared up & the country is back on it's feet go & test.

If he can find a place to get one. I don't believe anyone in the Philippines at this time are worried about an HIV test.

A simple antibody test won't cost you much at all,infact if you go to a local clinic they might test you for free.

Go & have an HIV test as soon as possible to know your status--you had a high risk exposure.
