Breif Intercourse with tenderness on penis

Hello,
I am a bit concerned about the possibility of contracting HIV. I was drunk about 2 1/2 month ago and had a casual sexual acitivity with an unknown status female. Here are the facts:
- I was lying on my back when the first unprotected intercourse happened.
- The intercourse lasted for about one minute, then I realized that I had no condom on (drunk).
- I stopped, put the condom on (didn't wash my penis).
- We continued.
- My penis had a tender spot (like a little scratch) prior to the intercours.

I started getting concerned about HIV a day after it happened, I asked the person if she has any STDs and she said that she hasn't had any tests in almost a year, and that she had few unprotected sexual activities and she recommends that I ge tested if I am concerned. My questions are:

- Is it likely that such a brief intercourse could be enough to transmit HIV. (assuming that she is HIV+).
- I am considering walking in to a Rapid Test tomorrow. Is a 78 days window enough to provide a decent assurance of the result?

given the minimal amount of time you were exposed...it is "unlikely" that you were infected...BUT...the ONLY way to know one's status is by testing.  wait a few more days and get tested at 84 days...your result will be  CONCLUSIVE.
