I think the stats are 1 in 1000 on average risk for the man for insertive vaginal sex if the female is already HIV pos, various factors need to be taken into account such as recent infection,high viral load, etc etc and it doesnt mean that you are ok to do it 999 times unprotected :-) !
But look - you were in there very briefly and you have no guarantee she was HIV pos so I am guessing you have a low risk - just follow up your 6 week test with a 3 month one for safety's sake and try not to stress so much.
Nonetheless - there is always a certain degree of risk in any unprotected anal or vaginal sex, whether giving or receiving.
