Broken condom.

Hi doc,
I'm male of 32 from south asia. I had protected sex with a casual sex worker 6 weeks ago. After the first time...i wanted to go for the second round. At that stage my penis was not fully erect and was dry too. While trying to penetrate her, but was not  in, i heard a popping sound after which i pulled out immediately to find that the condom had broken. I also noticed her "thing" was wet. After that i used a fresh condom to finish off the business which did not break.

About a fornight ago, i had severe diarreha and vomitting that lasted for a single night. But i guess that was due to having not very healthy food from not very hegienic food outlet. And around the same period i had mild flu that lasted for 3-4 days max. but again i suspect that due to sudden change in climate. Besides that nothing else has emerged, no rash, no itchy parts no fever. I'm thinking of getting myself tested on the 10th week for HIV as i don't think i have any symptoms for STDs.

My questions are : How conclusive would the test be on the 10th week? What are the chances you think of me being infected with STDs or HIV? I had washed my penis with germicidal after about 30 minutes; would that do anything?  Fearing the worst, she had HIV, which is unknown, where do i stand as far as being infected with HIV is concerned? Would you suggest me getting the test done? And me having diarreha & vomitting that night...was that relevent to any indication? Oh lord, if i got away this once, i will not even get close putting my life in risk...definitely not worth it.
