Brush after Cunnilingus

I read a lot of threads about cunnilingus but none of them are talking about brushing your teeth after.
So I did unprotected cunnilingus with an escort 9 days ago (don't think there is any blood or discharge). I did this for about 2-3 mins (well, I stopped in between). After that we have some DFK and a protected intercourse. After the intercourse (probably not more than 10 mins) I spitted off and wash my mouth with water. About 15-20 mins later, I brush my teeth and use mouth wash.
I had several other encounter with different escorts in the past 2+ years, so I went ahead and test for HIV and got the negative result today (9 days after the last exposure)
1. Is brushing my teeth after performing cunnilingus increase my risk of getting HIV (that what I heard from the nurse today)?
2. Is 9 days after the last exposure enough to say I am kind of negative (using oraquick advance?
