Burning Senation

Im an 18yrs old male. I haven't had any kind sex since last June 2007. I have A burning sensation when I urniate. It Starts when i start to urinate and then when im just about done i get a bad burn. I Dont know what it is im extremly concerned because i just moved away from my parents and dont have any medical informtation for new doctors around here. It Started When i had a headache 2 days ago which lasted for 24 hrs and that night wen i was trin to go to sleep i had a terrible pain in my lower back. As i was tring to go to sleep the pain kept getting worse and then my shoulder started to ache as well as other parts of my back and then i used the bathroom because i could not go to sleep and it first burned when i used the bathroom. At first i thought i was dehyrdrated because my urine was yellow but then i drank alot of water and it was clear as can be but still burned. Its not foul smelling and not cloudy and there is no residue coming out afterwards. If its a long urniation it burns wen i start kinda of goes away dirng the middle and bruns very bad wen im done. Some One Please Help Im in Desperate need of an Answer

I moved her a week or to ago so idont have a doctor yet i have been talkin to my parents and they are trong to find me one that takes out medical company. but do you have any idea what it could be. because of the back pain and fever i had i hear it could be kidney stones or a UTI

what country are you in? I would suggest finding a doctor and pay out of pocket or go to the hospital to be checked out. Good luck.
