CBC - HIV

I've got my CBC test which shows Total WBC count 6600 cell/cu.mm , everything is normal except Monocyte :
Absolute Monocyte Count is 700 which can be up to 1150 but it's differential count is 10.4% which can be up to 10%, is it normal ? bcuz i did hiv test it was negative but i want to know 0.4% is much high or not, thanks alot!

P.S:I'm sorry but i didn't know in which part of this forum i should post my question

your hiv test was NEGATIVE because you had PROTECTED sex.

call your doctor if you are concerned about your lab results...its NOT hiv related.
