CBC blood work Hiv

Hello,i just have a question about the CBC blood work. Somebody brought up to me that when they tested positive their complete blood work panel was thrown off, which prompted an HIV test. I am wondering if anybody else has gotten back irregular blood results being HIV+ and if so what was off or red flagged in it? Like low RBC, WBC? I know the only way for sure is to get an HIV test, but I am just curious if anybody who is positive has experienced problems in their routine blood work.
