CD4 cells and lysosomes

A couple of questions

Do CD4 cells have lysosomes as a part of the internal anatomy.

After the HIV attaches, and penetrates the cell wall and injects all of its RNA material into the cell, what does the capsule of HIV do? Does it just get injested by another CD4 or CD8 cell and made into waste product or can it release and attach to another CD4 cell?
