CONFUSED!!!!

Hi, which 1 of this 2 statements is correct. 1) ~95% of infected people will test hiv antibody positive at 8 weeks. Or 2) ~99% will test antibody positive at 8 weeks. My asking this because different site provide different info.

This other HIV counselor told me that people with O-blood type can take longer than 3 months to seroconvert, is this true.

There is not test marketed or sold to give a conclusive negative test earlier than 3 months.

The correct statement is: "Virtually 100% will test antibody positive by 8 weeks."
