Can HIV antigens test positive 5 1/2 months after exposive - infection?

I may have been infected with HIV in December 16, or January 17. On June 30th. 17 my blood was drawn and twice tested for HIV antigens only. First test was positive and second, with same blood sample, was negative. How could this be? Can I still test positive for HIV antigens 5 to 6 months after infection? I fell ill in February with night sweats, and body and bone aches.
