Can HIV spread through swallowing few drop of blood

Hi MedHelp,

I have protected sex with a woman.
While doing I had bite her breast and nipples very strongly.
If she has any cracks or if blood comes to my mouth because of strong bites, is there a way HIV can spread?
Please kindly suggest

Hi. After completion of 4 weeks, next day I got abdomen pain with continues motions and fever. In the last 3 days of 4th week daily I drunk beers. Is this the sysmptom of HIV or normal fever due to high alcohol consumption?
Kindly reply me please, I have marriage on next week.

Hi Vancee,

At the time of exposure, I had some itchy kind of sores on tongue.

No, many reasons...not enough blood, outside of the body, saliva inactivates the virus...etc.
