Can HIV transfer through wet tissue

Hi ,
I just went to the toilet and used the wet tissue for cleaning my penis and then i released that the wet tissue seems to be already used by a person before and he just arrange it as like new (time gap would be 5 to 10 secs).

And my penis does not have any wound. Now i am worrying that will i get any disease like HIV/STD.If i need to do some test what are they ?

Since i don't have any idea about this and very panic and confused of reading the others forum .

Please help me out .

NO RISK hiv is unable to reproduce outside its
living host it becomes inactive and therefore unable to infect.Your 100% safe from hiv infection.Time to stop stressing and relax.
