As i was helping the electrician to insert the vaccum inside the hole with electric tester it punctured me deeply and it started bleeding around 2-3 mm deep. although i washed the wound under tap water andallowed it to bleed. However after 2 weeks later i got runny nose and mild fever for 7-8 hrs.

You had no risk for HIV. It sounds like you caught a cold, which is hardly anything to panic about. Go have some chicken soup and you'll be just fine.

Yes, colds CAN cause a mouth ulcer. HIV CAN NOT! Go have that soup now........it will help the mouth ulcer.

NO.  Please read the ways above that HIV is transmissted - by unprotected penetrative anal or vaginal sex, or by sharing IV drug needles.  That's it.  You had no risk, blood or not.

Thanks a lot but exactly after 2 weeks I got runny nose, mild fever and one mouth ulcer. What else could have caused that symptoms

Hello,
You were at no risk for HIV. You donot have HIV. HIV is only transmitted through anal/virginal sex or sharing IV drug needles with HIV infected partners.
