Can I catch hiv like this ?

My girlfriend living other country, she sent to me her pants which have a little vagina liquid and she sent to me bloody napkin from vagina there was so much dried blood. She sent to me package it arrive in 4 day then I opened package I smell bloody napkin and touch, after this I didnt wash my hands so afew time later I had close wound on my head I mill it then it start bleeding abit can I get hiv from there. second question is I touch and smell her pant as I said there was very little vaginal liquid there can I get from there.. Thanks forr answering.. by the way I dont know she is HIV+ but I am paranoid. please help I cant sleep many dayss
