Hi

I foolishly went to a massage parlour in toronto to get a nude massage. There was no penetration .I was not wearing a condom and the our part of my penis might have touched the outer part of her vagina. Though I am not sure of it. I am waiting for 25 days to get the test done.  This fear is giving me panic attacks . Kindly advice.

You never had an exposure. An exposure requires unprotected penetration.
