Can I forget about HIV?

I had protected insertive anal sex with a man who I later found out was hiv positive. I tested negative by rapid at 13 weeks, 20 weeks, 24 weeks, and 12 months. Can I be 100% sure I'm HIV negative?

Thank you for your response. If this encounter was unprotected would I be without a doubt negative? Can I forget all about this and move on? Last question, promise to not waist your time.
