If an HIV-infected person with an open sore in his or her mouth that is bleeding were to engage in deep kissing with someone who had an open sore in his or her mouth there is the possibility of blood getting passed, but as you can see that is very far-fetched. The scenario you have described -- an HIV infected person kisses someone lightly on the face -- is a no.
