Can I still be Positive?

Hi;

I had following tests for HIV during last few weeks which all came negative

At........

Week 3 ................. Negative

Week 8 ................. Negative

Week 11 ............... Negative


Can anyone please tell me that what are my chances of still being HIV Positive? and Do I need any further testings?
