Can anxiety cause ARS symptoms HELP I'm losing it!

the facts:
1) fingering episode with thai prostitute. vigorous with significant bloody discharge noted afterwards (by fingering i mean insertion of two fingers deep into vagina, felt like i might have been touching cervix). washed hands immediately, no cuts or scrapes. maybe blood under fingernails b/c of vigorous nature of fingering
2) deep kissing with tongue
3) severe headaches within 2 weeks post testing eventually subsided
4) negative home access test (2nd gen) @ 5 weeks post exposure
5) NOW following symptoms (very scared)@ 6 weeks post exposure
--pharyngitis with palatal hemorrhage for one week, slowly improving
--mild truncal rash
--diarrhea (maybe after starting azithromycin for sore throat)
--exhaustion
--no fever (checking frequently)
Dr. H seems to think this is NO risk--not even needing testing.
IS THIS ANXIETY or REAL? Can anxiety cause the above symptoms? Late seroconversion? I feel terminally depressed and can barely work b/c i know i'm positive? Should I retest? When? I can't even begin to thank all of you for your input--i'd be lost without you.
