Can anyone help?

I've been with my boyfriend for 4 years and recently he has started getting sick. He had a cough begin last September which hasn't gone away, it's a dry cough with a little mucus. But he has this chest pain and tightness. He has started to have some night sweats and has this rash on his thigh that the dr told him was just exma (eczema). What I'm worrying about isthat he is losing weight and looks ill. He says he is constantly tired too but he has a manual job? He won't go to the dr again and I think he is scared. Does this sound like HIV symptoms?

HIV symptoms are similar to hundreds of other different illnesses. If you want to know if he is HIV+ the only way to know is by testing, not by symptoms.
