A while ago i gave a dollar bill to a homeless person, which looked really sick., they also maybe had their pants open in the zipper area, i couldnt tell, but the guy had held a cup by his groin. To my knowledge, i didnt touch their hand and stood maybe an 1.5 arm away from them.
After i walked away from them i got an idea that i may have picked something up from them. Immediately my tongue started itching and itched all day that day, for a second i got lost in my thoughts and rubbed my face with my hand (sleeve?), then i remembered about a water bottle in my pocket and washed my hands. For a few days after that ive had a dry-ish mouth and a few pimples poped up on my body (one on my lip today). On the third day after the exposure ive had some sort of a fever, which lasted for two days and included small coughs and sneezes, flu-ish feel with a headache. on the second day of the fever (about third day after the contact) i went downstairs to get some water and barely made it back, i felt like i was going to puke, but nothing was coming, only the feel. I fell on bed and laid there shaking really hard, until the fear released me and i got better in maybe an hour or two and felt physically okay until right now. So i assumed that all the symptoms have come from the fear.
Later i found out that for me to get an HIV dies outside really fast and i would have to get a fresh blood into an open wound which i didnt think i have and so i calmed down. Today i also figured out what has been causing me the weird scenes on my tongue. I have a chipped tooth and it keeps scratching my tongue, it doesnt seem to bleed or have any scars but still. As i mentioned, today (8th day after the contact i found a new pimple on my lip which maybe came from me checking my mouth all the time with not necessary clean hands)
Also a few hours before the contact with that person i have flossed my teeth and they did bleed. Not sure if i did it in the morning of that day, but i for sure did it the evening before.
So my question is, assuming that the person did have a fresh blood on their hands (which i didnt notice) and i got it onto my hands and then possibly mouth, what are the odds of me getting something from the blood getting into my tongue scratches or floss wounds from at least a few hours ago which didn't actively bleed at that time.
Or would the virus just die by the time ive gotten something into my mouth?
thank you
