Can you get HIV from oral sex?

I am a 21 year old college student, I never had sex before. However, I have gotten oral sex twice. Once giving and once receiving. I haven't had any sexual encounters in over three years. Recently, for   a job I was **** tested and HIV tested. Afterwards, I have been nervous because I do have reddish skin and dandruff and I think it might be seborhheric dermatitis or something because I was looking online and saw that people who have HIV usually have that. I am not particularly worried about when I gave it, but I am worried about when I received it because I know for a fact that that girl got around. Also, I got my ears pierced at 17 but I took them out. Given this is three years ago is it possible to catch HIV through receiving oral sex, what are the odds; and is it possible catch HIV from getting a ear piercings.
