Can you get HIV if the man did not ejaculate inside of you?

Can you get Hiv if the man did not ejaculate inside of you?  Should I be tested anyway?

Like what Lizzie said, if you have unprotected sex, you can go for a HIV test earliest 1 month after exposure and retest at the 3rd month for a conclusive result.

Yes, very much so --- hiv is ever present in the pre-seminal fluid, and depending on other factors can sometimes be in higher concentration in pre fluid than actual semen itself. Don't ever try the pull out method, you risk your life ever time (that is assuming you don't know the hiv status of the person for sure), don't even let a man's penis near your vagina for the that matter unless it is wrapped up -- its a question of education and self value...

hiv is also present in pre-seminal fluid.  if you had unprotected sex...you need to test!
