my penis was semi erect after removing i noticed the condom had slipped it still covered my penis head + foreskin
there was about 3 inches or so of condom hanging from my penis head that didnt appear broken after removing  the condom it  felt heavy not like a new one I could not check the condom for breaks properly due to poor lighting so I held the condom vertical tip facing down then with two fingers run up / down the length of the condom to see if i could feel any broken condom none was found and the tip of the condom contained my sperm have i any worries over hiv or any other std do i need testing. please respond as quick as poss thanks in advance.

As long as the head of the penis was covered by the condom you are were safe. Condom break is catastrophic so you would have definatly noticed a break.
