Can you only get one Hiv symptom?

I understand 80% of people get symptoms according to various websites I read  20% do not however is possible to only get one symptom?  I only have sore throat  my exposure was  3 weeks ago although my  partner was tested negative.

My personal opinion dont believe unknown partners. What if they get recently infected?  Symptoms are nothing.  Really speaking not all the symptoms comes together.  I am again telling symptoms are nothing.  Stop googling.  Get ine DUO test.

Thanks  I will  how accurate will you say test are? He was tested Negative i mean  theres no way to get effected from someone who doesn't have  HIV  right?   and back to my MAIN QUESTION  when someone gets  symptoms they pretty much get them all together right not just  sore throat?

I think you have risk. Test your self with Duo test after 28 th day of your exposure.  Regarding symptoms they are meaningless. Leave your symptoms.

My exposure was precum mixed with lube because condom broke.
